Certified Functional Psychiatric Provider
Functional and Integrative Psychiatry is a cutting edge field that treats the root cause of mental health conditions, combining Naturopathic and Allopathic medicine approaches while utilizing evidence based treatment guidelines. Functional psychiatry treats the underlying cause of mental health concerns by focusing on objective lab testing which assesses nutritional deficiencies, inflammation, genetic markers, gut health, hormones, toxicities and metabolic health. Integrative psychiatry treats an individual from a holistic frame by focusing on diet, lifestyle, environment, mindfulness, body-mind-spirit balance. This functional and integrative approach to mental health adopts a Western and Eastern medicine approach, incorporating pharmaceuticals and non-pharmaceuticals (vitamins, minerals, supplements, herbs, nutrition, lifestyle) treatments for optimal mental health outcomes.

"Every step towards better mental health is a victory. At Jardine Wellness, we believe in your strength and resilience. We're here to help you overcome challenges and find the joy and balance you deserve."
